I'm a Chef by trade spent the first part of my career in 4 Star Dining, threw it up for grabs one day and decided to concentrate on Real food for Real people,,Presently I Run a Deli where everything is just Great Grub I still do the Fancy stuff for Clients when the need arises,,,Are you hungry all of a sudden?

14 years Army Reserves- infantry first, now Drill Sergeant. This week and next I'm running a Fit Camp for a handful of people who need it. Hopefully this pilot program will catch on with the higher...My other hat is Paramedic. 3 years with a busy ambulance service in southern Indiana. I'm considering finding some rental properties for this new hobby I've become obsessed with. I was never interested in hunting until several months ago, now I read/research/dream of it a lot. I plan to hunt all six continents at least once.
 
North West Conservation goose guide during February

Lake Fork Bass Guide in north East Texas during the spring and summer - March thru September. We hold the state record at 18.18 pounds.

Texas whitetail and waterfowl guide during the Fall and Winter - October - January.

African Safari booking agent all year and will be going to Limpopo every year July 15 - September 1st

So in short I'm a hunting and fishing guide all year

You've got one heck of a great start on here! I think the water is still flowing back into the banks from the big slash you made with your on line diary of your trip. I certainly enjoyed it.

Former jarhead, commercial fisherman, public assistance fraud investigator, oil field hand and now a HSE Professional... I basically keep oilfield hands from cutting off their or their co-worker's appendages, blowing shit up, burning stuff down or spilling oil out in the tundra. I'm like the Maytag man, perfectly fine to sit around but when shit happens, no one is having a good day here.
 
College professor, before that middle school science teacher, and before that .... well I promised my wife I wouldn't speak about that any more!! Recently moved into an administrative position, Chair of the department, which paid for the first African safari. I wonder if I could go every year if I were the dean ... hmmmm?

I've got a pretty good gig, at least most days. I own a firearms manufacturing company so I'm kinda living my dream, playing with cool toys most of the time. Officially I am V.P. of manufacturing and new product development.
 
Sable123, if I came down in the middle of the night for a quick bite only to discover THAT in my kitchen, I would probably pack my bags! And is that you crawling under the porch in pursuit! Lmao. I though racoons were a pain! Although, I think skunks pose a particular threat not matched many scavengers lol
 
Thats me! My wife came outside and found me crawling around under the decking swearing prefusely. That little bugger has even claimed a pair of shoes from outside my room. But as much of a hassle he causes me, I actually enjoy having him round. Closest thing to a pet we get out here.

The company is Tactical Solutions. We are largely a rimfire products company, but we have some centerfire products as well, with more (many more if I'm doing my job :)) on the way. In addition to firearms and accessories we also manufacture silencers (moderators to all of you who talk funny :eek::D) And the occasional full-auto just for fun :sneaky:(y) (07 FFL & SOT)

My gig is pretty boring compared to many on here.

I have been in the petrochemical business for nearly 30 years. Have had a dozen different positions...if I do my current one properly, all the stuff you buy related to automotive chemicals/lubricants, household cleaners, paints & coatings etc will be available on the shelf when you go to buy them!

Before the petrochemical gig, I was a Jarhead...infantry 0351. Semper Fidelis!
