I just booked my hunt with Ozondjahe and I am crawling out of my skin with excitement. First day of hunting will be June 14, 2024. I enjoyed this read immensely and can't wait to comb through your other reports.
Several years ago a law was passed that hard liquor could not be advertised (think it was reversed recently). Didn't affect sales as far as I know. I am going to hold out on being concerned until GunBroker stops advertising firearms.
I might be getting lazy; I just dropped them in like this. I thought I had read somewhere that you had to leave them in their original boxes. Of course that wouldn't make sense because a lot of people reload...still, who knows what regulations will be enforced on any given day.
I agree completely. I spent way to much time making a decision about which to buy and it honestly, in the end, didn't matter. I was concerned about latches on the storm (not as strong), about less room in the protector (10% or so), storm weighing slightly more, etc. Get which ever is...
I just spent some time and read this all over again. I greatly appreciate the "learned lessons" because I hate going through something like that and then hearing "oh yeah, you shouldn't have done that.
You mentioned the constant inspections on your firearms and I was wondering if you feel that...
I was enjoying this thread but it sideways with personal attacks. Not sure what that was but it was inappropriate.
I see different approaches from deduction to induction which are relevant to this thread and allow an all around view.
Good post
