You chose your own custom broker to freight forward from NY to your home, this company damaged you items and is not affiliated with oxi, why would oxi or in this case highveld be responsible. Who is the company you used to ship it from NY to your home? And in my eyes why are you holding them...

I'm sorry I'm not seeing your point. Your saying that oxi should have covered shipping insurance for your personnel custom broker that's not affiliated with them? Why would they?
