Most of them are blackwood Ray for some of the shop orders and a few of the AH members as well but there is one with swamp kauri and a little field scalpel with beech burl. A thumbrest skinner with buffalo horn and blackwood and a hunter skinner with buffalo horn and Kwilla. The two bowies have brass and blackwood.
As far as a kitchen knife goes I have done just the one set to try out the new technique that 12C27 stainless required with the three blades at 7, 5 1/2 and 4 inch and the 6 inch cleaver. Blackwood and Jarrah.
