Custom M98 Rifle

I finished the 7x57 earlier in the week. In detail again, I made the action from bar stock and it's a small ring intermediate M98. The receiver is 4140 cm steel at 38 rc and the bolt is case hardened 8620 so it's hard, slick and fast cycling. Bottom metal came from A36 bar stock. Barrel is a K&P cut rifled barrel 1-8 twist. All stock work as well as 24 lpi wrap checkering by me as well, I also did all the polish work on the metal as well as the rust blue. The 6.5 x 57 is still in the works but is progressing nicely and will be completed in next few months. I'm giving consideration to learning some engraving for future rifles so We'll see if I can make that happen, i see it as the final hurdle in my gun making. Attached are some pics. Of the completed 7x57, as always thanks for looking in.
