@edward Thank you very much sir. This was the 460 S&W. Originally tried to get them in range on a Cape Buffalo, but had to switch out to the rifle. Just could not get to a comfortable distance with the handgun.
@KMG Hunting Safaris took my 1st cape bull at 63 yards with my scope sighted contender in 45-70,shooting a 405 gr cor-bon penetrator solid.the 460 will do the job,i have a scope sighted s&w P.C. 12 inch barrel 460,love it.
