6.5 Grendel-Max Rifle

While the scope looks like it is mounted quit high, it allows for a heads up shooting hold, which is much quicker when the first shot has been taken and the rest of the animals start to scatter to target another animal. This less strained lower cheek hold is much like the old style hold for a stalking rifle where the heads up stance made for quick sighting as opposed to the tight high cheek weld typically used on a rested rifle where gaining a hold on a moving target is slower and less instinctive.
