COVID-19 Coronavirus UPDATES, BANS, CLOSURES, ADVISORY, etc.

I am shocked! SHOCKED! Well not that shocked.

There is a school of thought that implies that a number of heavily in debt, democrat run states view this as a once in a lifetime opportunity economically collapse and completely bankrupt their states and blame it on Covid instead of themselves.

People in Europe starting to question the wrecking of their economies......

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-52783936
I have been saying the same thing here in Canada for the last month but my thoughts are in the minority. WTH is going on, our Boy King has/is giving away more $$$$ than we will ever be able to pay back. Crippled industries and companies, lively hoods, jobs and families but don't worry he is printing money so fast its mind boggling. Only our dumbed downs believe its all "sunny ways". The gold spoon he was born with still remains in his mouth so no impact for him. Absurd, and all for what??

Not looking good for my June 25 departure for SA thru Ethiopia.

Seems to be working for Sweden, and an ever larger numbers of people are figuring out that the original shutdown analysis was horribly flawed. Wishful or not, I suspect Tanzania will do no worse, and economically, far better, than its fellow developing African states.
You are dead (no pun intended) on Red Leg.

People are now pointing to Sweden and saying “see, you have just as many cases of Covid as we do” and in fact, they do, give or take. What seems to escape these people though, is that if Sweden had more or less the same number of cases, and the same death rates, as those who closed their economies, what exactly was accomplished by closing (and trashing) your economy?

And God Bless Texas. For the uninformed, Buc-ee's is where the better class of Walmart shoppers stop for fuel, food, and a bit of shopping when traveling the interstate in Texas.

It's hard to pass up a buc-ees for the roasted nuts and BBQ when you need a stop anyway, fuel or whatever.
