Thought these were sold...fell through.

Back up...total of 428 bullets. 350 are Flat Point and 78 are Spire Point.

Minimum order of 100, at 51 cents each plus flat rate shipping of $7.90.

Buy all 428 bullets for $200 and I pay the freight (that's 46.7 cents each delivered vs the best price on ammoseek.com of 61.8 cents PLUS freight. You can't go wrong!).

This is a great bullet for NA big game in the 405 or the 450/400.

Thanks for looking,

Tim

None of you guys with a .405 or 450/400 need cheap deer/practice bullets?

:D

I will take 50 FN and the spires per our PM's. Thanks!

All the Spire Points are gone.

300 of the 300gr Flat Points left.

Buy them all and pay only 48 cents each, delivered in a medium flat rate box.

Best price on Ammoseek.com for these is 61.8 cents each, PLUS shipping...so about $200 delivered.

Get them here for $144!

Need cash for tips in Zim! Somebody buy theses and help out a skinner! :)

Well, the guys in Zim got their tips, even though these bullets didn't sell. ;)

Let's get these gone! $130 delivered CONUS for 300 .411 300gr FP.

If you guys don't buy these dang bullets, I'm a-goin' to start looking for a .405 and then I'll be in trouble with the Mrs.

Yes! 405 in an 1895!!!

Tarbe,
My safe has an unfired Miroku 1895 Deluxe in .405, just waiting for you!
Now, aren't you sorry that you sold those bullets?

No you need a 405 double and the 1895. If you are going to be in trouble with the Mrs. you might as well be really in trouble:)

Welcome to the fire Dave.
Remember that the 1895 .405 can be loaded down with 210 grain bullets for plinking and shooting deer and hogs (much less expensive than DG ammo). The Mrs can also shoot those loads.

lol - the bullets are not sold!

However, I will trade you a Ray Montgomery built 416 Taylor for that 1895 - then I can keep the .411 bullets!

@crs how could I not join in on the fun where a 405 is concerned.

@tarbe well you now have gentleman to aquire a 1895 from and William Larkin and Moore have a nice Westley Richards 405 double you can get. https://williamlarkinmoore.com/inventory/itemid/7098 I handled it when I last visited their shop and you would be well served in a couple nice rifles to use those bullets with.
and you wife can be suitably unhappy:whistle:

Tarbe,
Thank you for your generous trade offer, but I have sworn off adding new calibers to my arsenal. I haven't the time to shoot all that I have now. I bought the Deluxe 1895 .405 because the collector/owner was downsizing his collection and his pix were soo pretty! My wife even approved by saying "you have never lost money buying a new pretty gun".
I never shopped for a .4o5 to shoot until I helped a friend sight his 1895 .405 at the range; love at first shot!

My 1895 .405 hunter/shooter is a plain old Miroku/Winnie TD with extended chamber, peep sight, recoil pad, and lots of scalps on it's totem.

It is not for sale as I still hunt with it. I like the caliber so much that I also have a Simson-Suhl .405 DR:

I still hunt with the DR too and it is not for sale or trade either.

"I helped a friend sight his 1895 .405"
He still has that rifle (a Texas edition or some such) and he never hunted it because his eyes are not good with open sights and it had no scope. It is for sale, but not advertised. I can have him contact you if you are interested.

A friend from Down Under has a .405 like mine with a scout scope and he has hunted Texas, Africa, and Australia and taken a lot of big game and exotics with his and 300 grain bullets ( some were my hand loads with 300 grain North Fork bullets at 2250 fps); they shoot right through even big water buff .

The 300, 300gr .411 bullets are still available. $130 delivered wherever a flat rate box goes.

All the .411 bullets are gone!

Thanks all,

Tim
