Friendly reminder for those who reload.....

When you have 4 cats in the house (as I do) and use a vibratory case cleaner with ground walnut hulls as polishing media (as I do) ALWAYS put the lid back in place after use. You can probably guess why.......
As a cat owner (one) and reloader I empathize.l will not forget this.

Otherwise I'm seriously laughing.

Can't says I've ever heard of that one before.
Damn.
Hope you figured it out before the next batch of brass was chucked in for a tumble.

Ewww! Glad I own a dog.

Oh man. And for how many reloads will that unique odor follow you into the woods?

I hate cats, and I never wanted one. Then one day my wife asked if we could get a cat, I was adamant we did not get one. Shortly thereafter, we compromised, and got three. Soon afterward, the cat box found its way to my reloading room, and then with some sort of wife, witchcraft jujitsu; I became the custodian of the cat box without even realizing it. Checking my case cleaner before use sounds like the next level of cat stewardship, I can look forward to.

When I was about 10, around '63 or so, I was big into WWII stuff, in particular D Day. I had for Xmas gotten a big set up of all the stuff that was on the beaches on both sides. It came with a big plastic cloth to lay all the stuff out on to look authentic. I spent hours setting it all up, even went so far as to import real sand from a local beach for my beachhead, it was beautiful, it was perfect in every respect. It was crapped on overnight by some ignorant fool of a cat!!!:mad::mad::mad: I was so mad, I stomped into the house looking as angry as I was. My dad saw me and was alarmed. What happened son!? SOME CAT CRAPPED ON MY BEACHHEAD!!!! He laughed about that for years,:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: I never forgot it. Seems as vivid now as it did over 50 years agoo_Oo_O. Stupid cat!:mad:

I take it the cats made things interesting for you.

Like my ol' man used to say, "Did you learn anything"? Hmm. That's some unusual polishing compound.

No cats here, allergic to the critters.

Hi PaulB,
I have a Ballard Arms Model 1885 chambered for .333 Jeffery Flanged. Do you have any idea where I can get ammo for this?

I am new to this forum so I am sorry if I am doing something wrong!
Thank You!
