Unfortunately, there is no leadership from the west on this issue as every major country is just looking inward. Europe is in turmoil, and the USA is stepping back from its central role. I have enough decency and couth not to spout that what you posted is " bullshit" , but I will say that your source of information is possibly incorrect.

#1 is Iceland
#2 is New Zealand....skipping down a bit is
#9 Australia......and even farther down is
Zambia at # 41 in the world and not bad for Africa as it is also tied with England.

I have reported in the past that not a one of Africa's 53 countries has ever made the top 30 safest countries in the world, or is ever likely to.

To keep up with more current events than the Spanish Inquisition one only need to look at Zambia's neighbor the Congo region to understand what levels of depravity and evil abound in Africa as of 1998 to date over 8,ooo,ooo (8million) people have been butchered and murdered and the rape and mutilation of women and children appears to be an olympic sport there.

Somalia is ranked #1 for the best place to be hacked to pieces and slides in and out of first place with Syria, but I hear that they have a pretty liberal gun control

Either way, the State Department feels Zambia is safer than England.

Also, understand the point you are trying to make but you are cherry picking as well. Right now El Savador or Hondursas have the highest murder rate in the world (for countries not at war), Syria is at war and Middle Eastern country. Point being there no one place more evil than an other, evil people are evil people regardless of country. Burkina Faso was known to have super friendly residents that were extremely welcoming to foreigners. Now some bad actors are in there but that doesn't mean all of Burkina Faso is bad, or all of Africa is bad. Chicago and DC have some evil gangs, cant go there either, doesn't mean all of Chicago/DC or US is bad.

Also not trying to have a posting contest, but I dont think you should compare the 8m deaths and rapes as an Olympic sport, as I'm sure there isn't a rating for "countries where you are likely to get hacked to bits". We understand your point, but you should not infer (though not explicitly stated) a statistic is BS when you plan round numbers and for emphasis make up a world ratings scale.
