where is the best place in africa to hunt hippo and crocodile?

I would say, Zambia's, Luangwa River. I remember someone telling me the Luangwa River has the highest concentration of Hippos in all of Africa. Crocs; from my time there, there were always plenty. I shot a 13'6" Croc. There were a bunch around that size.
