I wanted something a little different than just a bleach white euro mount of my Warthog. I decided to give IronClad Metals a try with their Copper cladding. Dan did a wonderful job, even made a set of front teeth that had been lost in the boiling process in Africa. I was very happy with the whole experience. Delivery was quick, about 3 weeks from the time I shipped it to him! It was packaged extremely well when it was returned, I don’t think Delta airlines could have even caused damage to it!
If you guys are looking to do something like this, check out IronClad Metals.
A fitting way to show respect to this old warrior in my trophy room in my opinion.

Oh hell yeah, that’s cool So they only wrap what you want and left tusks raw? How about a baseball park price

Awesome!

Looked em up but can’t find contact number. Thinking of lion skull so found price. What metals were mixed to give the results you got? Phone number? Thanks jacques

Jacques,
It was $267.00 shipped back to me. I had copper used and I specified “tusks natural and the green patina”. I’m thinking about getting my Baboon skull done also, probably bronze though. Make sure to post your lion skull, that is going to look awesome!

Cheers,
Cody

I like that. Very nice

I like it sir. Very cool.

Here is another one. Mine is bronzed. I think Dan does a great job and it makes the tusks pop.

Yours is what made me start looking into getting it done. I have a screen shot of it on my phone before this pig was in the salt. Thanks

Looks awesome!

Excellent idea! Bhfs300 I’ve seen yours too, but I completely forgot how good it looked! My WH is coming in just bleached, so I’m going to have to remember this in 8-9 months.

I usually don't care for the tricked out things with skulls, but that is a very nice look. I think one of my bush pigs would be a great candidate for that treatment. Thanks!

I agree, after looking at the website I really liked the look of the cape Buffalo that is done in copper and figured what the hell, I was worried that it would look gaudy but I really like it and it will break up the look a little. He wasn’t a monster pig but I really enjoyed hunting him and was quite proud when I finally took him. He was all scared up and had seen many battles.
Cheers,
Cody

That certainly turned out nice! That's cool bud!
