Went and picked up my moose horns from this years hunt. I love them and my son layed claim to them from day one. Needles to say he is ecstatic about them. Not as cool as some of y'als afri a mounts but still a priceless memory of his first multi day hunt.

Good for him. Glad he is happy with his trophies.

Thank you. I don' know why that last picture rotated? I can't seem to fix it. The bull wasn't the biggest but the memory is worth it!

Uhm...

Look at the look on your son's face. You don't get much cooler than that!

I know a guy who will fix that picture. I will have it taken care of here shortly. :A Shades:

No he is happy and every tme I look at them I casm still picture his face when the bull was in the field and we were discussing shooting him or passing in hopes of one of the bigger bulls I seen while out scouting.

Well done!

Very nice! Congrats and thanks for sharing!

Congrats again to the little man, look great!

very nice and you should be as proud of them as any trophy you will ever take. You get to stay up there for a few more years you just maybe taking me to look for one.

Priceless memories and smile on your son! Don’t compare your moose to what everyone else has on their wall! Nobody in the world will ever have your trophy or the moment you made your boy so happy brother! You will be in Africa in a couple months and start your own collection soon enough.
Thanks for sharing the pictures
Cheers,
Cody

Oh I'm not comparing them to other people's. I am super proud of them. I wouldn' have minded though if the first one he seen was one of the 2 that i seen out there a couple weeks prior that was arpound 55 in though:D. Although I wouldn't change these for anything because I will always remember how wide his eyes got when he seen him and him squirming trying to keep the excitement in.

I think the only other one that compares is a banded duck I killed while my daughter was 2 and duck hunting with me.

Unfortunately the only moose trophy I have is still wandering around the Alaskan bush. Wouldn’t give up my memories up there for anything though! What an incredible place Alaska is.
