I don't see any reason why they should not be aware as dart (hypodermic) or dart (vitamin) "Hunting" in Namibia has never been legal and we are dealing with Rhino here after all. I'm shocked to see such offer on the market and I do not see how this would have passed everyone at Otjiwa from property owners, managers and PHs...
