SOUTH AFRICA: Has Anyone Hunted With WOW Africa/Madaka Game Ranch?

Hi All,

I'm new to this group and I'm planning my first Africa trip. I'm looking to hunt with "Wow Africa", Isak Kirsten is the owner. I've tried searching the threads using the keywords Wow Africa and I'm getting every post that contains the words; Wow or Africa...which is pretty common as you can all imagine...lol
I'm looking for help in finding threads for reviews on "Wow Africa" or someone to reply to my post who has used them and can tell me about their experience.

It seems that WOW Africa is also known as Madaka Game Ranch. I just did a search under "Madaka" but nothing came up. Perhaps a member will have more information. Welcome to AH SafariFarmGirl!

Welcome to AH, I'm sure the Western Extreme crew got a nice discount on their hunt. Do your research, but their are plenty of great outfitters on AH too.

I hunted with Madaka last September and had a great time. They have plenty of game and experienced staff. Itzak and his group will show you plenty of game.
It's big open country. I shot a red hartebeest at 300 yards. The longest shot of the trip I might add. There was a lot of old Zulu war evidence on the property.

I hunted with Izak last year. He is a great guy, has a nice operation. If I can answer any questions regarding his operation let me know. I had a great hunt shot kudu, gemsbuck baboon bush pig, zebra and warthog.
My suggestion is, let him know what you want to hunt and he will make it happen. Nice lodge, great food. Very nice atmosphere. Take extra days. Hope this helps

We just came back from the expo in Madrid, Cinegetica, and he also had a stand there. Had dinner with him on our last night at the oldest restaurant in the world and it was awesome.

may I first apologise for the bad experience you had getting hold of us. We were enrolled by a employee to this website, without us knowing about it and he left us just thereafter.
