Hi everyone.

We have a game farm for sale in South-Africa, limpopo province . The farm is situated on the Waterberge approximately 45km from Lephalale. Size is 868 hectares with good vegetation and an average rainfall of about 650mm. The farm has tremendous potential as 'n private game farm or game breeding, tourism and hunting farm. Infrastructure on the farm consists of a four bedroom house, seperate office/reseption building, one bedroom cottage, shed with toolshed, campsite with four stands for tents and caravans and also two permanent canvas tents. Current species that are on the farm is kudu, eland, impala, bluewildbeest, zebra, waterbuck, bushbuck, duiker, steenbuck, and klipspringer. There are also other species moving between farms. The farm is fully game fenced. If you have any further enquiries please contact me on indlovuwildlifetraders@gmail.com. Kind regards.

Except your current President wants to ban foreign ownership of farms as reported in "The Economist" last year.

Me thinks someone sees the writing on the wall maybe!! But it would be a dream to have your own private game reserve in RSA! Could grow some really big Kudu that way.

How cool would it be to own this!!! Wish I could do it. Good luck selling this.

Not that I am going to buy it, but I thought this had already been enacted? This was the discussion when we were in the RSA last July.

I think we should all chip in and buy it!

A little over 2100 acres, not big. Don't know what he is asking, it always sounds attractive when these come up, but considering the trend there with Zuma or whomever else comes along, I doubt it would be a wise investment. Unfortunately.

Don't think The folks in charge want anyone who isn't the right color South African to own the farms either.

You telling me! Pieter said he might need a coloured person as part of the business. I being Indian (dots not feathers) volunteered my services as he didn't say they had to be from SA. Besides the Gupta bros run the country anyway through bribes. And there Indian so.........

Love your sense of humor.:D

If wealth is lost nothing is lost. If health is lost something is lost. But if character is lost all is lost. My humour will never leave me and its what I'm known for (that and my shooting prowess).

As with anything it is often who one knows. So are you on first name basis with any of the Gupta brothers?

I'm sure it could be arranged!!

A dream for lots of us - me included - to own a game farm in SA.

All of the talk about foreign ownership, and the current or proposed legislation, would still allow this if the deal was structured properly. And smaller properties are attracting far less attention. Could be done . . .

On the other hand, if things ever sorted out in Zimbabwe, that might be the place to start this. More land is available, and at much lower prices. Will have to wait to see what comes along after Uncle Bob moves on though.

Uncle Bob could be over thrown with a team of about 30 well trained chaps. I don't know why it hasn't been done yet. I guess its a case of better the devil you know.

Uncle Bob or Auntie Gracie? Which would be worse?
