Good Gun Deals This Week

Good price, but it would be "lively" at that weight. Weighs less than either of my CZs in 375H&H....
I assume they took a page out of the Ruger playbook and used one barrel profile with bigger holes? Nothing a little strategically placed lead can’t fix though!

That’s what I thought. My father used them years ago, and it was nothing but a headache. It probably took six months to get a Winchester into Canada.

Check out irunguns for your next one. They are flat rate, and always a quick process.

I got out of the USMC 1/2/70 and went to visit family & friends in rural Iowa and Minnesota. while there the temp dropped to -38 F and hung around -20F during the day which was overcast for a week. then everything cleared and it was bright sunny & calm. As I sat at the counter of a cafe I looked out the window and across the street was a service station. the temp had warmed up to about 0 F- the gas station attendant was pumping gas and he was dressed in shirt sleeves- no coat- he would have been too hot. So much for people who need climate control. :<)
Yes exactly. I’m originally from the Dakotas and when it got really cold and then “warmed up” to zero, it did feel like a heat wave.

A couple of years ago, my wife (from CA) wanted us to get a place in Scottsdale, partly because her sister is there. I couldn’t spend the money for a place that I could only visit for three months!

I can't complain. I thought they were timely, offered clear communication and as timely as could be in dealing with the ATF. Over half of the expense was import duties with the gun being manufactured in Germany.

Please!!!!! I’ve posted multiple times how this isn’t remotely true!

Irunguns ships cross border once a month. So depending on when your rifle get to their facility, you may have to wait till the next cycle. I’ve never waited over two months to have an item imported by them.

I was stating what just happened to me given I got my gun from Ralf Martini who used Border View so my post are the facts. Don’t misunderstand me wish I had used your guy not Border View who I did not choose

In fairness to Borderview their website says it can take 4 months. I will say I got an awesome deal from Ralf Martini who was a joy to deal with!

Maybe Ralf uses them because of the proximity to Washington? Im not certain.

But I would like the membership to know that there ARE better options!

I will admit, I’m not sure what duties Americans have to pay on imported firearms. But the additional 5% Borderview charges can add up quick on a 25k rifle.

I’m assuming you bought a Heym through Ralf?

Yes and it's 3% duty on German manufactured guns coming into the US.

Merkel 470 NE. Beautiful gun. JJ had to repair a broken sear, add weight and mill the bridge for my red dot otherwise it was perfect

If anyone is looking for a .303 Courteney, this one on GB not only has the best looking wood I have seen on any of these by far, it also has a make offer feature.
As priced its a bit high, not stupid high but high, but it can be had for less.

Hi PaulB,
I have a Ballard Arms Model 1885 chambered for .333 Jeffery Flanged. Do you have any idea where I can get ammo for this?

I am new to this forum so I am sorry if I am doing something wrong!
Thank You!
