Actually I did not know hounds were not allowed in Namibia. As you can see in my avatar, my last leopard was with Warick Evans, legendary houndsman from SA and the late Mark " Ellos " Elliott.

Lucky man to be able to hunt with Ellos and Warwick. Those two are the best in the business when it comes to big leopards! They're a hoot to hunt with too! Ellos was a legend and is missed by many.

I have to agree. Was my first leopard hunt but had a blast. Spent 16 days with Ellos, memories of a lifetime.

Doesn't it take a while to get the CITES paperwork in order?

No, CITIES for pantera pardus is a snap. I've done 2 imports myself including customs clearance. easy. dg

@Mitch Falk This is a traditional baited hunt during the day, the use of artificial light in Namibia is not allowed.

@BWH the ranch is in Omaruru, if no cat taken the refund is $6,000
