I've been at DSC for the last couple of days and held a LEFT HAND Heym 88 in 470 Nitro Express for the first time ever. It was amazing... Where I looked, it pointed, exactly. The fit seemed perfect (I'm average sized) and the safety and triggers felt natural as I grew up shooting a side by side 16 gauge shot gun. The balance also blew me away and the rifle felt MUCH lighter than my CZ 550, even knowing it wasn't. The price of $17K was less than I expected, but it was still out of budget, for now... I have a feeling I may "invest" in one at some point. Especially since you never know when you'll be charged by an elephant in Atlanta, GA... Side Note: I met Phoenix Phil and quite enjoyed the conversation! Too bad I didn't get to talk to him longer, or go to the dinner!
