    Hello gentleman,

Our season started a week or so ago and I will post some pictures of trophies and stories on this thread as we go through our season.... I hope you guys enjoy looking at the trophies and also looking forward on posting some pictures of our members on here as well!

Here is a couple of pics of the first safari..... We tracked the lioness for 3x days before eventually pushing her in to a tree where our lady hunter could get a perfect shot on the shoulder! With all the rain we have had the brush is VERY thick and the tracking difficult but we still managed to get her the trophy she dreamed off! I will have a short video in a couple of months to add on here. We then returned to our main area where we were looking for Blue wildebeest and Hartebeest, as you can see we ran into some very good trophies and they were both hunted on foot as well!

    Enjoy the pictures.....

I also wanted to add a picture of this beautiful Burchell Zebra we hunted this afternoon..... Each of our clients do get their own bottles of personalized South African Red wine to take home with them to remind them of a crackling camp fire and the smell of fresh African air.

That zebra pic brings me back to our hunt there reminds me of dakotas pic's with you and bullet.I guess that is the new girl dog in that pic.Still dont think anyone takes as good of pic's as you guys do at hartzview do and it makes the hunt easy to remeber later own when you go back over your pic's years later.Good luck to a good season and great start already

    Good day gentleman,

I had a couple of minutes so I thought I would just update you guys with a couple of trophy and general pictures of our last safari.

We had a great time hunting and we tracked a herd of bachelor eland bulls of about 8 or 9 for almost 5xhours before we got a shot at the bull we harvested! Now I call that exciting hunting...... It is like tracking buffalo!

I hope you guys enjoy the pictures and please do not hesitate to visit our new website at HartzView Hunting Safaris.

Thank you guys and we will have some more pictures and stories coming soon!

A very good 39" Gemsbuck cow harvested. You can hunt bulls and cows, bulls generally have shorter but thicker horns.

Very good Southern Greater kudu, also hunted on foot.

A great old Eland bull, I mentioned in my post above that we tracked the herd of bachelor bulls almost 5xhours before we got a nice 80yeard shot at the bull while he was feeding. A excellent hunt and will be remembered for years to come!

Thank you for the oppertunity to share our experiences with fellow forum members.

    Happy Hunting!

    Best regards,

    Jacques

The nice think about hunting with jacques is he is as good at taking pic's as he is about getting you good animals.Ever animal taken was followed by what many would say was over the top prep work to the area to take the pic.He makes sure everything is perfect to get the best pic's he can.Did not matter if it was a lonely blesbuck or a beautiful kudu.It is like a new york photo shoot out in the bush.LOL
