    The 'tool' in the black SUV could, at least, have helped the guy by driving up to him using his hooter...it's what I would've done.

    Just read this evening that the elk had to be put down as it was now too used to humans. That's sad, this was in the eastern part of the U.S. where the elk once roamed and have been over the last several years reintroduced.
