Man I am so jealous of you guys that do your fishing on saltwater! I live right smack in the center of the North American continent and it's a long way to the ocean in all four directions!!! Someday....

The ocean is just a short plane ride away! (y)

Our Costa Rica tarpon trip was canceled last Tuesday because of the hurricane, so we booked a last minute trip to Cabo. The fishing is supposed to be slow this time of year but we caught several blue marlin and sailfish and tons of dorado.

looks like you had a good trip , congrats

I just returned from Mozambique , were one of my catches was a Black Marlin .

I was really hoping to catch a black marlin but they're not very common in the Sea of Cortez.. I heard of three that were caught while we were there though, but no luck for us... Maybe next time!

Here are pictures of the fish my wife Ann caught off of Maputo in the India Ocean while fishing with Gozo Azul. Laurens equipment was all very good and he knows his stuff. ~200 lb Blue Marlin (catch and release) and ~20lb Yellow Fin Tuna. We had tuna steaks that night - wonderful. It was our last day in Mozambique after our safari in Niassa Province with Majune. What a way to end the trip.

Just returned from a week in Mozambique on my boat , we had great weather.

I don't normally fish this late in the year up there but we did have a good trip .

some of our catches included two sailfish, many yellowfin tuna , a few couta as well as wahoo and many other smaller species .

This might require some photos.;)

I will upload some photos next week when I have a better connection

I would be interested in it if you pass. Please send me the info on the gun shop if you do not buy it. I have the needed ammo and brass.
Thanks,
Ross
