Willem a spear is an excellent weapon for this type of hunting, knife even better if you have the desire to get in a little closer.

Bob from my side there is no observer fee, but please note that any foreign travelling hunter is required to be guided by a licenced PH employed by a registered outfit. The outfit of your choice may charge an observer fee as they will be exposed to cost.
