I know that its hard as American to become a PH and all, but with grit and determination it be possible. I'm currently working on my college degree in range science w/ wildlife managmen option. I have applied for summer research intern in SA and am looking at Bush-wise field guide accedemy. Its six months of class room and 6 of guiding as a tourist field guided in parks of with protecting researchers. Is this a good start, plus I'm trying to get my name out there to outfitters and other PH's for help and maybe apprentiace under them. One last thing I read that you need only permant residency for being a SA PH has that changed?
