Hello All,
Does anybody have info or comments on Madala Safaris? I've just booked a plains game hunt as I was pleased with the references, pricing and accommodations and such.
Thanks

I hunted with Madala Safaris in May 2010.
I hunted with my father and it was our first guided hunt and also our first hunt in Africa.
We couldn't have been happier with Madala Safaris. Nic is a very good organiser and opperator. The PH we used is Manuel, he really knew his stuff.
We hunted for 8 days and we managed to take: an impala and warthog each. I also shot a black wildebeest and blesbok. Dad shot a zebra, limpopo bushbuck (bosbok), and a springok.
Enjoy your hunt, what are you after?
Also, what calibre do you plan on using?
Lance.
Lance,
Greg wont be replying for a while since he is busy hunting in the Limpopo, I guess with Madala. I will be collecting him on the 11th for a quick trip in the Eastern Cape, so i'm sure when he gets back, he will let us know how it went.
Best Regards
Marius Goosen
Marius, make sure he has some good stories to tell form that short side trip.
What you are asking for is too late. You do your research before you book a hunt.
I am sure that you will enjoy a great time and hunt.
I think your question about Madala Safaris is to late in your booking plans seeing as how you have already booked a hunt with them.
Your post is not being fair to them.:)
I've hunted with Nic Roets and Madala. We took some really nice animals, and Nic was a great host. He grew up in Limpopo and knows the area like the back of his hand. He also was a great tour guide and showed my wife and I and my hunting partner and his wife around the area. Definitely would book with Madala again. Any questions pm me.
