I prefer the hard ones, too. But we have many rocks below, not easy to dig and strong badgers. A hard dogs live could be very short in my area. So some hunters prefer the smart ones, to save the costs for the vet or a new dog.

I think you use them below, ...right? There are two kind of Teckels in my area. The smart ones, who bolt the fox / badger with barking, and the hard ones who fight the quarry below. What kind of them do you prefer?
