Nice!! I hunted the same concession last July, with Werner. The fortunate hunter took this waterbuck after I left. I wish I would have seen it on my hunt! Truly an amazing animal!

I'd never ever go less than 10 days. My first safari was 17 and it was about perfect. My second will be 18 days. I would never ever do a 7 day safari. IMO I think it's a farce; but that's just me. 1-2 days would be recovering and acclimating from the jet lag and time change. More is better!!

About the only thing more amazing and stunning than a sable is a leopard. Truly amazing animals. Now please quit posting pics like this because it just makes we want to shoot one in 2014!
