Midway Sale On .375 Bullets

These bullets are still available, they must have a bunch! I have several hundred on the shelf and may order more. These are shooting great for me, I'm loading them in Remington brass with H4895 and Federal 215 primers.

Hello BobT, is this load with the 270 grs bullets?

I received my second order or bullets, and they look great as well. Very happy with the purchase. I'm going to try the 270 & 300 grs, with the powders I have on hand, Varget, IMR-4350 & W-760. I'm planning on using Varget & 4350 first and see how they shoot out of my CZ, and work from there.

Yes it's with the 270 grain bullets. I shot a few more today. I was trying out a new set of sticks so I didn't chronograph any but my groups were in the neighborhood of 2-3 inches at 100 yards off the sticks so I'm sure they will do much better off a bench rest. I have IMR 4350 and Varget both but they are doing so well with the H4895 that I haven't tried any other powders yet. I'll try different powder and primers before it's over with I'm sure. If they get down to $15.00 I'll buy another thousand !

I get very consistent groups with my 375HH using 75g of Win760 with and average 2583fps with 300g bullets. A pic at 200 meters using this load

Rob, that is an outstanding group, and you are doing better than published data! Thanks for sharing. I'll have to give this one a try as well. Were those bullets round nose or spitzer???

Those bullets were 300g Sierra Gamekings, and were shot with my Whitworth Mauser. I also use Win 760 on my 404Jeff which I can load under Maximum and still get a little over 2350fps

I'll have 100 Hornady 300 gr BTSP, I might give it a shot with Win 760, and at 75grs my books show as a starting load. So, I hope I have as good result with my CZ as you did. Thanks for sharing.

I went for an accuracy load rather than fps, the difference between a Max load in fps and my load wasn't all that much also my whitworth has a 24" barrel as opposed to your allmost 26", also the whitworth is lb lighter than your CZ so recoil becomes an issue, it was the same with the 404 Win760 has the capability to produce almost 2500fps at max load but I kept it light because it shot better and I think 400g at 2350fps will Knock the shit out of anything on this planet at a 100yds. If you want a rush load try some 235s. You also can get some nice load data from the Nosler site

Rob, thanks for your input. I'll keep that in mind. Also, not going to Africa in any time soon, so a light load on the 375 might be in order. Why beat up the shoulder and rifle, when not needed. Again, thanks!

Great shooting Rob! My .375 Whitworth really likes that 300 Grain Sierra too. I'm going to have to get some W760I'm using a starting load of H4831SC for 2410 ave. at 10' .

I check every batch for weight and for roundness I think they would pass for a competition bullet. I used 308 Gamekings on my Kudu in 2014

Ohh put the other 375 up for sale on classifieds here ......... need the 470 NE badly

Finally made it out to the range today. My best of 5 loads was giving me 1" 5 shot groups at 50 yards off the

bog pod. I didn't get to run them through the chrono due to the rain. I'm sure they'll shoot even better off the bench but I forgot my stool today.

Good so far make sure to post some load data

Excellent just finished purchasing 11000 of the 270 rounds ....so hope they shoot ...

Appreciate any updates as air freight and etc paperwork will take a few weeks

My best load was 64gr H4895, CCI 250 primer, and Federal cases (use at your own discretion). I'm going to load some more up and next trip I plan to shoot them off the bench to get a better idea of what they'll do for accuracy. I also will run them through the chrono to see what the velocity is. Since I use this rifle primarily for chasing hogs and deer int he swamp where my average shot is well under 50 yards, I'm plenty satisfied with these bullets.
