Where and who are you hunting with in 2016

Talked my best buddy into joining me late July 2016 at Kowas Safaris in Namibia, and he will bring his 17 yr old son as well. It will be my 3rd time with Kowas. A variety of plains game as well as some management animals is on the ticket, and I'm sure I will have to chase a kudu bull.

Had a friend go this past May he had A great time we are looking forward to it.
I went as well. Great people, request Henny as your PH. He is a great PH and a lot of fun, plus when it comes to humping heavy game into the truck he is worth 3 people

Late April/early May with Marius at KMG. Dangerous plains game package (bushbuck, baboon, bush pig) plus caracal, genet, waterbuck, porcupine and what ever else we can squeeze in (Nayala?). Maybe a redneck McNab (I don't fly fish). Hope to keep Marius busy enough guiding to put a dampener on his hunting plans. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I'll be hunting with Jacques @Hartzview Hunting Safaris again.... Depart May 1. More PG. this time in KZN, monster Nyala, Bushbuck, Vaal Rhebok, Reedbuck, etc.... Can't wait, the first was first class experience! Thank you @PHOENIX PHIL!!! The man!

Ethiopia with Northern Operations and Dave Rademeyer, for Mountain Nyala, Leopard and lesser kudu, and a few other odds and ends (anubis baboon anyone . . .!).
Wow: Bongo, now Mountain Nyala! What's next, the Lord Derby, or have you hunted those already?

If this hunt goes as planned (is hope a strategy?), then Lord Derby will be last one needed to complete the spiral horns.

Not sure I really like Cameroon all that much!

Dudders, Look forward to meeting you and sharing conversation at the fire pit. :D Beers:

Hunting African buff end of May, first of June next year. This time it will be done the right way. Three locations are under consideration, so I am still waiting to hear where we will hunt. There are four other well-seasoned safari and die-hard addicted buff hunters in our group, and I'm dying to hear their stories.

I'm already back at the range and brought my Personal Trainer this last time for fun. I want no doubt as to how prepared I am for the hunt this time. This time, I know WHO I am hunting with and the animal I am hunting. I'm reading the books, studying the videos.....and hoping the buffs are as well. Besides my .375 H&H, I will also take a .30-06. You never know when a wonderful opportunity walks in front of you. ;)

Until then, I am preparing for my first whitetail deer hunt on the first day of rifle season here in my beautiful state of Virginia. My hope is to continue hunting deer and (crossing my fingers) black bear as well next year. Lord willing. :)

Well as much as I wish I could go back to Africa in 16 it's not going to happen this year. I will be hunting roe deer in Romania with Horia Spandu of Unforgetable Hunting. Might also go back to the Brazilian Amazon for more peacock bass in October too.

Dang I almost forgot....:S Lol: I am working on my Turkey slam with Gizmo at the Rockin G in Turkey Tx this spring. :A Thumbs Up:Time for a Rio Grande turkey and lots of fun:D Beer Draft:

I am really looking forward to it. We'll give it horns!

I will be hunting with Loodt, at Tootabi Hunting Safaris, for 10-days in May. Kudu, and, bushbuck are "top priorities" with nyala, and,
waterbuck on the "hit list" as well. Having read all of the excellent hunting reports posted by AH Members, who hunted with Loodt this
past year, I am just as excited about this safari as I was my first one.

While I'm over there... I'd love to bust a pig or cat.....tide me over until I can come back for a 3rd time.... I swear that one will be for Buff & Leopard.... I said that my first safari was my bucket list.... But my third one is the real one on the bucket list...... I think

Fallow, Roe and Muntjac on my grounds in England.

I also have a friend who has very kindly invited me to come shoot a red stag with him this season.

Then in November i'm off to Spain to hunt Ibex in the mountains.

I'm up in the air about 2016. I think it would be best for me to take the wife somewhere nice!
I am taking my wife to Austria next month. Of course the trip starts off with hunting Alpine Ibex and Boar then on to the sightseeing!
