This year 2015 I was started whit this two male foxes from January. Both I take whit my Blaser 5,6x50RMAG/ 16. Whit RWS 3,24 grams SP bullet. Optic is Kahles Kx 3- 9x42.

In August I take this 5 years old Chamois female. 214 meters long shot. Dead in the trail. Like almost every time, I take her also whit my .270WIN.

In September I take six roe cub's, one one year old doe and two mature doe's. From September I use new bullet for my .270WIN. 130 grains Geco Express.

Jays with boletus, ham and tomatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, parsley, basil, rosemary, savory, marjoram, olive herbs, garlic and oregano. All dressed with lemon juice and pour whit the olive oil and let stand for a few days in the refrigerator.
Before baking, add boletus, ham and tomatoes. All a little salt.
After an hour and a half in the oven, at a temperature of 180oC, it looks like this.
