Higher math: If 275 of us out up a million each,,, wait..... if 2750 of us put up $100,000 each, No wait, 27,500 each put in $10 grand, then we divided up the time equally, then 365 divided by 27,500 then we each get about 10 seconds on the ranch per year!!!
 
At least it obviously has an ag exemption for the property taxes!

Wonder if I could get a FHA mortgage? I would rather own a property this big in Namibia or Botswana. I think I could find a "good" use for it.
 
I went to the above link and viewed the information and photo spread. I was very impressed and am prepared to give some serious thought to purchasing the ranch . . . however, I'm thinking they'll probably want serious money rather than serious thoughts. Oh well.

I could afford a shovelfull, but my shovel would probably be full of cow pies, not oil... kind of reminds me of the days they used to sell a square inch of the Yukon, with an actual deed.
 
lets see,im working as a greeter at wal-mart,2nd shift at the golden arches,maybe after 6 months of work ill be able to swing it!oh well.
 
Makes me wonder if the ranch is in trouble financially. It usually takes three generations to run a family business in to the ground. Maybe that's the case.

I'm sitting here in Lewistown, MT thinking of all the money I've spent on fast women, faster magnums, good whiskey and all of it I just wasted, add in selling every thing I own, pimp my self out on Main Street and rob the Lewistown bank I just can't see myself getting a showing scheduled let alone the down payment. And the pimping thing just ain't working out! Guess I'll just be content with what I've been blessed with and go back to work dammit!

Bruce, as to answer your question, yes, you would probably get a loan twice as fast as me or any other Americans on this site. Specially if you englash not so gud.
