Hello everyone. I am a new member from Idaho. I have hunted and fished my entire life, but have not been to Africa yet. I am predominately a gun hunter but I do bow hunt as well. I have always wanted to hunt Africa and look forward to seeing all this site has to offer. My favorite topic is firearms, so I look forward to all the gun-related threads.
 
Greetings. Idaho is a beautiful state, with great hunting and fishing. I flyfish around Island Park when I'm up that way.

Welcome to AH! Where abouts in southern Idaho do you call home? Pocatello was home to me for awhile and miss it badly.

Welcome! Enjoy the forum.... My family has a small place in Driggs in the Teton valley. We have been going out to Idaho for 16 years now. That's' were I feed my second biggest addiction besides hunting...Fly fishing...

These are from last August on the Warm River up near Island Park....Headed back out this June to fish some on the south fork of the Snake and then in and around the Bitterroot valley out of Missoula.

Welcome to AH. You owe it to yourself to go hunt Africa, it is truly an experience of a lifetime ............ an experience you'll want to repeat as well. I know this maybe like asking which of your kids is your favorite, but what's your favorite gun and type of hunting?
