I cant thank paul and relive enough for taking the time to take all the pictures for me. He has been great to work with and takes great pride in the work he puts out of his shop.

I am sure it's going to be awesome Billy..Can't wait to see the finished product. I d love to see Dakota's face when he lays eyes on it. Priceless I m sure.

hey watch out there buddy. I get in enough trouble on my own you don't need to help get me deleted.

I can help you spend that money if you like. I just happen to know someone who can book you a lioness or a big male lion. (y);)

We have been talking each night as paul sends the pictures and Dakota is going crazy with how good it looks.

No Need, my wife already has that one covered. :censored::(

But I was going to let you spend the money on yourself. I am just a nice guy like that. Have room in my hunting party for 2016.

To me, this says a lot about Paul and his shop. For him to take the time to take photos and send to his customer is awesome. I have not had any taxidermist do this for me. He is doing my euro's and dip/pack/crating the rest. I choose this as I want to get my lioness into the US before they decide to change their minds again.

Very nice progress on your lioness Bill.
Warbird, your just not working with the right taxidermists. The pictures are the way to go always. It is a way that everyone stays on the same page. Just like we do with major alterations , They have made sure that what is in the clients mind is what they receive. We always send picture of any alteration to get approval and any changes. I see form the pics, and bet that even the head of this one was raised after a picture was sent for approval and bill told them to raise it more. Bill will tell me if I'm right or guessing with that tweeking change.

You've mentioned that you do that before. Such a great idea, Im not sure why more don't do this. Seems like such a simple way to ensure the customer will be happy.

So far I have been lucky and have not needed to till them to change anything yet. They raised the head on there own just based on the picture I sent. That is one of the reason I have been so happy about the look so far. I think they made it as close to the picture as they can with just that one view of the body.

Dennis with all the custom work you do I think pictures is the only way to handle it right. I just don't know why more guys don't ask for pictures on there own.

Well got a few more pictures with more detail cut in and paws worked on more. The form is now sealed and they are doing more work on her this week.

@billc I will check in again sometime to check on your Lioness mount. Paul and his right-hand (Philip) are working and spending hours to study anatomy material of African Lions and to understand their muscle compilation on getting the trophy to be as original and authentic as possible.

This will surely be a great mount from a very talented and gifted taxidermist!

Thanks loodt please snap a few extra pictures from some different angles if you get a chance. Maybe even one with you standing next to her in your favorite pink shirt for me. Dakota would like that.LOL

Nothing like pictures to prove what is being done.
It has saved some issues in the past.
We have also confirmed proper capes through markings, etc. etc.

Can not even imagine not receiving pictures of the mounts at various stages.

Great to watch the progress on a creative mount.

Derek, if you visit AH you are already going to be spending money. The addiction is still being fed...

Some more of the lioness getting the royal treatment. I am beyond happy at this point with the work.
