Louis, it,s another 9.3 x 74. I like this calibre not so harsh as the .470 NE
I hope to give it a run against an Aaussie water Buffalo early next year.

It sure is a good looking double I must be honest and say I have never used the caliber but have herd very good things about it.

That's what sold me on this rifle. It also comes up like a fine English shotgun. The regulation is both barrels about and inch high at 50 yards and dead centre.

It,s a Chapuis in 9.3 x74 and the skin is a blue Wildebeest I shot last April. I will try and post some pics of the action as there is some nice work going on there. Thanks.

nice rifle, wood is lovely and as for the calibre great choice . i had a similar one but the wood wasnt anywhere as nice before i got my jeffery 9.3x74r and it was a great little rifle. shot buff, wildebeest,impala,warthog and boar with it.
