I am posting this for my friend and ph Ian Van Der Vyver

Ian just recently received 2 2nd draw (late season) leopard tags for the natal area of south africa. Ian currently has one cat on bait and on video trail camera that he has a tag for. this leopard is equivalent to the leopard i shot with him back in late april. the area has a large population of leopards and i personally spent only two hours in the blind before i shot a 8' 190+ lb cat (empty stomache)with a 17" skull. these two tags are for different farms in the same area and both have good leopards on them. im not sure about both but i do know that one property has a giant leopard on it. Ian is the ph and is a licensed dg hunter. jerome on this site personally knows ian and can vouch for his credentials as can i. the price for each leopard hunt is $20,000. included is 14 days of hunting all inclusive and includes 4 free warthog baits, meals, lodging, pickup n drop off from or tambo. trophy fees are also included in this price. not included are gratuities for the skinner, cook, and maids. ian also has nyala in the 28" to 32" range to hunt on his farm as well as kudu and various other pg animals for an additional fee off course. feel free to check ian out on fb by searching for his name. you will find the video of the one massive tom that you will be hunting as well as pictures of the leopards ive shot with him. attached is a picture of ian with the leopard i shot which is located on another hunting property very near where both of these hunts will be conducted. if the picture doesnt appear i would appreciate it if brickburn could attach the ah page where jerome posted the picture for me. feel free to email ian with any interest in these 2014 late hunt offers. his email is ian@vdvsafaris.co.za his cell number is +27(82)7876937.
the hunt can be scheduled anytime between right now and the end of december of 2014. its prefered due to the rainy season that the hunts be conducted before the end of october for best chances at success. however ive hunted with ian for 2 separate leopards in the natal area. one cat i sat 2 hours for and the other we sat for 30 minutes. this area has the biggest cats ive ever seen in africa.

heres a link to ians face book page. scroll down about 4 posts to the video of the leopard eating one of the farmers cattle it caught. sad thing is that if this leopard isnt shot with a cites tag it will be shot with a damage permit and the hide surrendered to the kzn wildlife authority. this really is a big cat. mine looked smaller than this guy on trail cam and ian believes this leopard to be a larger cat than the one i just shot.

Well I didn't feel like I got to hear the end of your Botswana ele story, hope to see you in Vegas again next year.

That was one hell of a cat.

Someone go hunt this cat. Taken under damage control would be a waste.

That's a huge leopard! If I could just win the Mega Millions Lottery..............!

Buff Buster, very true statement. I've got big plans for sure, IF I can ever win the Redneck Retirement Fund.

I'm sorry. Did I not post the story of the 90lb elephant I shot in Botswana last year on ah?????
