AH Get Together in the NW 2014

seems like all the fun is being had far away from the NW. would any one be interested in holding an AH gathering somewhere in the NW? my thoughts are WA, OR, or ID. preferably on the weekend on a date that a number of us can agree on. we could work out a more exact location based on who wants to come.

good idea? bad idea? thoughts?

i for one, would like to get a chance to talk with people who have already been to africa or even people in the same boat as myself (about to go to africa).

Nothing would make me happier than to spend some vacation time in Idaho, particularly in June when the trout fishing is peaking. Alas I must use my vacation in other ways. Perhaps you can plan a trip to Vegas or Dallas for SCI / DSC conventions?
 
i would love to make it to one of the conventions but i doubt it will be this year or the next. i dont get much vacation tim and its all petty much spoken for.

If close enough to Ca I might be able to make it.
 
Vegas seems to be not only centrally located but there are always hot deals on flights and acomodations to say nothing about food and entertainment
 
who knows... depending on date and location I might show up. I have to work around the kids' schedule and what not... oh and work too.
