I've been searching but unable to locate a rifle bore brush for my new (to me) 9.3 x 62.

Anyone here point me in the right direction?

Prefer a North American manufacture/supplier.

Thank you for your help.

Okay,

I had hoped to avoid the additional time and expense of shipping from Africa, Europe or Australia.

Now open to suggestions from any and all.

Thanks,
TB

For some reason my computer is acting up! But did you try Brownell's, Midway USA, Cheaper than Dirt or Cabela's?

Hi Eric, hope things are good with you and your studies are coming along.

Yes, I checked those and several others.

The pistol bore brush is readily available but for some reason a rifle configuration has been difficult to locate.

I'm sure it's because the 9.3x62 doesn't have nearly the following here in the States as it does elsewhere in the world.

I may be stuck using a pistol brush for the time being...

Thanks for the suggestions Eric I appreciate it.

Oh!

I forgot to add that a 8/32 thread on the brush would be a HUGE plus.

Thanks Spike I thought the same and tried that approach.

I didn't feel my .357 brush met enough resistance and when I started my .375 brush too much.

I'm a thrifty (read: cheap bloke...lol...) sort and didn't want to ruin the .375 brush.

Thank you also for offering a possible solution.

Thanks Mike.

I've forgotten to update this thread.

I finally located a rifle/pistol combination brush.

Otis #38 .370 thru 9.3mm.

Works like a charm.
