Hi everyone, thought I'd share this short clip. Interesting reaction from the Zebra after a perfect heart shot - 30-06 at 150 yards. Here's the video:

Pretty common after a perfect heart shot to give an animal a bit of turbo for a few seconds. In thick brush a hunter often thinks he has pulled the shot because of how fast the animal takes off...only to find it stone dead 30-50 yards later.

You're right. I've seen it plenty times on smaller game, Impala, Blesbuck, etc, but this is the first time I've seen this kind of effect on something big.

I've had the same effect on a warthog last year! Should have seen my trackers face when the Hog ran thru to grass on its hind legs... it send him running in the opposite direction screaming Tokoloshhh Tokoloshhh!!!

I would be interested in it if you pass. Please send me the info on the gun shop if you do not buy it. I have the needed ammo and brass.
Thanks,
Ross
