Thanks for the effort expended to write a detailed story for us.
I bet you still can't wipe the smile off your face after you found that Kudu. ( even today)
Nice trophies all round.Practice whispering before you leave for Africa!
A Legend in my own mind!

Nope that kudu makes me smile every time I walk by the skull. All my capes are at the taxidermist to get tanned, and when they are done, I will start delivering skulls to him, so he can start mounting. I am actually remodelling my house with the ceiling going all the way up to the top at the roof, just to make room for the trophies, hehe :-) Best is my, my girlfriend loves them, bad thing is, she just took her hunting license here in denmark, and want to start too. Future will be expensive my little crystal ball tells me....
hehe
cheers

Great Story Rasmus, it seemed like an awesome hunt.
But please, dont be sorry your girlfriend hunts
It may be more expensive, but you can always bring here when you go hunting, aka you can go hunting way more often. Lucky man

Hehe, true. I have brought her along hunting before she started, and we had a very good time. I am taking her to scotland in september to shoot her first animal with the rifle, it will be a red stag. This was my graduation present for her, so I think she is quite excited.
But the place I am taking her is very difficult hunting, a lot of walking in the highlands, so she will really have to work for her stag.
cheers

Seems like a great gift to a lucky girlfriend. I am actually trying to convince my girlfriend to come with me to Scotland for red stag myself, but she doesn`t care about hunting. I just have to find a nice place (maybe a castle for the princess) for here and treat here to great time for the remaining part of the trip

God luck with your next hunt, Scotland looks really beautiful for a hunt in the highlands!!Hunted Norway and South Africa, so many places left:)

I hope she will enjoy it, quite sure she will. She normally works as an animal keeper, taking care of lions and tigers, and is used to put down horses, goats, zebras and so forth, for food for the cats. So I am sure she will do good in scotland.
It seems like a good idea with your girlfriend, I hope you get her convinced.
Scotland is a fantastic place to hunt, one of the best in Europe in my opinion.
cheers
