      Welcome to the forum.

      i would suggest that you look at craig bottington book on Africa hunting II he recommends Namibia, Botswana, South Africa...

      i do my web searches and then look for the animals i want to hunt...cheapest i found lesser Kudu was south africa for the 1,200, however i did not look at a lot of other web locations for hunting them....i found these two very quickly and stopped there...

      others are quick to spend your money and worked to hard to just give it away so that is why i look around for my safari trips...

    My favorite is probably my Kudu. It was an amazing hunt.

    My Thompson Center Icon chambered in 30TC. Although the next trip I think I will take a 375 H&H.

    Be patient and think about your shot placement. I always tell new hunters to imagine where you want your exit hole to be and place your shot to achieve it.
