Photos - Northern Cape South Africa

Hi all,

Not so long ago we had a good friend visit us at Liam Urry Safaris , he stayed 2 nights before his flight home to Europe and as he is not a huge hunter he took a few shots with his camera. He asked me to post for him as he isn't a AH member and the language barrier.

Just a few pics to show what type of scenery you will find in the Northern Cape area near Kimberley.

@ Spike that tortoise was about the size of a soccer ball you get bigger ones though. Often when rains they come out and we spot them.

good spotting ed ,i didnt until you mentioned it and i had a look over the picture .
funny how the obvius is so hard to see

they really lovely little characters , unfortunately we don't see them and the red rock rabbit as often as we used to ...
