Limpopo Big Game Safaris has some great news to share with you

For the last four months we have been working on a concession in Zimbabwe and it has just been approved by the Zimbabwean parks board and conservation department.

It will however take another week or two before we start to advertise in full swing.

Will you have a Zim PH then?

With regards to your question whether I will have a Zimbabwean PH by that time, I had a Zimbabwean PH since the beginning of the application of the concession, as it is legal requirement by the Zimbabwean hunting law, this law or requirements is valid all over Africa be it South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique ,Namibia, Botswana or Tanzania.
You have to have a legally licensed PH in the country you are hunting if you are hunting with foreign clients and you are not licensed yourself.

So yes, I do have a Zimbabwean PH that will be employed permanently in camp. The reason for me not advertising yet is just that I need the final legal documentation for the concession and the payment to the Zimbabwean government needs to be done to finalise the deal.

Congratulations on the new business venture. It is one of those times in life when there is plenty of nervous excitement. I am anxious to learn the location and the PH(s) you will be working. Zim needs all of its operators to be legal and ethical.

So yes, I do have a Zimbabwean PH that will be employed permanently in camp.

As you know it is required for all tourist hunters to be guided by a fully licensed PH at all times while hunting. I would not want anybody to think it was done any other way.

So good luck and we are anxiously awaiting your announcement.

In my last news letter I shared the news with you that we were working on a concession in Zimbabwe.

The latest news I have is that every thing has been approved by the Zimbabwean
Parks board and relevant parties and that the payment for the concession has been made.

The area is : GOKWE SOUTH
The hunting outfitter is: INTERLAND SAFARIS

We are currently putting up camp, I will be posting news as we go and prices will
be available in this week.

So to those of you who are concerned?

Is Gokwe South a Campfire area?

Is this the same area Dudley Rogers with Tshabezi Safaris hunted in 2010?

Yes, Mike Gokwe South is a campfire area.

As far as my understanding form the PH's we met there this is the area Dudley Rodgers use to hunt but I am not 100% sure I have not met Dudley Rodgers and it does not come from Him.
