    just came across this jerome, and at least they have it right in one country unless the policy has been changed since you put this on here .unfortunately i somehow dont think zim or zambia will return to the shoot on sight policy.....

    Zim has never stopped the shoot on sight policy as far as I know....anyone armed found in an ICZ may be shot on sight still!

    thats good to know. i think they stopped it in the national parks in zambia due to the only non black politician thinking it was barbaric. he does have very left leaning tendencies though i believe.... also something i have never understood, as far as i understand in zambia is that if you did "hurt" some poachers when anti poaching in the parks, it was the first to make it to the police and make a report who then became the plaintiffs!! so if the poachers got there first it was the game scouts who were the aggressors
