Greetings, my name is Marc, I am a South African that has been living in New Zealand for 4 years.
Did quite a bit of plains game hunting over there and now do a lot of Deer, goat, pig, etc. hunting here.
Starting the process of booking a Cape Buff hunt but still in the spark beginning to become a flame stage!

do you get into the sika deer each season , what about them giant NZ samba ?
Haven't got into them yet, just picked off a few fallow and a red hind this year, trying to tee up a sika hunt for next year, rumour has it there are some in the Russell forest if you can get a permit to get in there.Quote:

Welcome, Marc. I used to live in NZ, definitely a good choice. There were quite a few South Africans down in Alexandra where I lived, and all mad keen hunters. I'm looking forward to your hunt reports!
