Hello
Hi,
I am new to this forum and think it is great. It reminds me of my home hunting forum. The posts here on Africa Hunting are great and have really helped me as a newbie to Africa.
I will be hunting in South Africa in July and I am looking forward to my adventures very much. Going for a Gemsbok, an Impala, a Warthog and a blue Wildebeest!!
Happy hunting,
Erik

Welcome Erik. Where in SA will you hunt? July is a nice time of the year, but the nights can be very cold depending where you are.

I will be hunting in Limpopo and Natal, but will also be touring SA.
Not so worried about cold nights, as I come from Canada. I had to laugh at this fellow near Ceres who said his campground (I was considering bringing a tent) was closed for the winter. Even if it was 1 or 2 degrees (Celcius) I figured thats not too far off the best overnight camping weather we get up here. I was considering asking if he would pay me R50 if I survived the night
