Burkina Faso is one of the underrated safari destinations, but offers excellent hunting for big game.
This particular area is about about 150 KM from the border of Benin and Niger.



Available dates are in January, February, April 2013.

10days/9days hunting = 6900Euros (1:1) or 6000Euros(2:1)

Roan 640Euro

Total: 8080Euros (1:1) or 7180Euros (2:1)

with todays exchange rate (1Euro = $1,23): $9980 (1:1) or $8870

Dennis are you in partnership with a outfitter from Burkina Faso? New company? Established outfitter looking to expand business?

Dennis what is their daily rate if you just want to do a PG hunt?

hunts are carried out by Namoungou safaris. A well known outfitter.

You can't book just a normal plains game hunt, sorry. I could arrange a package for a limited number of plains game but just a "normal" plains game hunt is not possible.

I think it's a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for something different. I was looking into it a while back, but then my luck went SOUTH.

I wonder what flights from the US to there cost? Lot closer than RSA! Think how much more unpleasant the flight would be chopping off those extra hours.

I belive they fly in from Paris?

Most flights go over Paris and from there with with Airfrance to Ouagadougou. So you would have to fly to Paris first, I think delta airlines would be best.

Just go for it, Diamond We can do late April, it will be bloody hot but you'll see many many Buff & Roan...

Are there any caliber restrictions for buff in Burkina Faso? I would like to use my .338 Lapua on buff one day. i was actially just looking at a similar hunt in Benin.
