Springhare



The springhares were another night quarry. This one will be full body mounted fleeing the jackal I shot a few nights earlier. Gun used was a Remington Model 7 in .17 Fireball.
My total for one short evening was three. They provide for some quick night time snap shooting.

Thanks Willem! My first safari was a dream for 50 years. I finally made it and it was overwhelming. I have been back two weeks and still cannot stop thinking about the hunt. I am going back next year.
