Western Roan CAR, No 5 SCI
This Western Roan was shot in eastern CAR.
While we were having lunch out in the bush after a long elandtracking, this bull suddenly came out of the tall grass on the other side of an open plain.
We couldn't have cared less about our sandwiches when we saw the size of this old animal...Sometimes you just need luck to be on your side as the client put it afterwords.
Horns mesured 81 cm with really worn bases.
