Western Roan shot at CAWA-safari in eastern CAR

After a heavy rain we found fresh Roan tracks on the road. The tracks told us it was an old bull that passed just before us. We tracked for two hours and found him facing us at thirty meters.

A perfect heartshot brought him down after only ten meters. A very old bull with big boddy and worn horns.
